Ingredients

  • 0.25 pound sun dried tomatoes
  • 1.1875 pounds canned garbanzo beans
  • 0.0313 pound chopped garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.0313 pound parsley
  • 0.1250 pound tahini paste
  • 0.0112 pound kosher salt
  • 4 Tablespoons water
  • 0.0007 quart Tabasco sauce

Directions

Drain garbanzo beans/chick peas.

Measure and combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until desired consistency.

Transfer to 6 inch 1/6 pan, cover, label, and date. Place in cooler until needed.

Appropriate serving dish: 1/9th pan.

Garnish: herb, parsley, fresh, chopped.
