Oregano Pesto
This pesto can be tossed with baked chunks of potatoes, as a rub on roasted lamb, as a pasta sauce, as a spread on sandwiches or in any other way that traditional basil pesto might be used. Recipe contains pistachios. Note prominently for those clients with nut allergies. Yield: 1 1/2 cups
