Ingredients
- 3 cups drained canned garbanzo beans
- 10-12 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 large roasted red pepper
- 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place all of the ingredients above except the fresh parsley in the bowl of a food processor.
Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to completely blend.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
