Ingredients

  • 250 item heat pressed 10 inch flour tortilla
  • 15 pounds roasted red pepper hummus
  • 40 pounds peeled and thinly sliced on bias cucumber
  • 50 pounds sliced tomatoes
  • 40 pounds loose leaf lettuce
  • 25 pounds sliced into thin strips red bell pepper
  • 20 pounds sliced red onions
  • 250 items sliced dill pickles
  • 10 pounds grated carrots

Directions

1. Spread hummus on wrap.

2. Layer all the vegetables down the middle of the wrap.

3. Roll sandwich together and tuck ends in. Cut into 1/2 on the bias and toothpick ends to hold sandwich together.
