Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds Whole Wheat Fettuccine
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Cups Finely Chopped Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 18 Each Chopped Medium Tomatoes
  • 6 Pounds Cooked Cubed Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Pepper Sauce

Directions

  1. Cook and drain fettuccine per package instructions. Cover to keep warm.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Cook garlic and onion in oil stirring occasionally until onion is tender.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, chicken, basil, salt, and pepper sauce.
  5. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft. Serve over fettuccine
