Directions
1. Preheat flat top griddle to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Coat griddle with phase and pour 3 quarts of liquid egg whites on surface.
3. Turn eggs and scramble with spatula until an internal temp of 150 degrees Fahrenheit is reached for 15 seconds.
4. Place eggs in 4-inch 1/2 insert for service.
