Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds haricot beans
- 1 cup olive oil
- .125 pound chopped garlic
- 1 each lemon, juice
- .0118 pound salt
- .0035 pound black coarse pepper
- 1 pound slim peeled baby carrots
- .5 pound mixed bell peppers
Directions
1. Place haricot vert in safety thaw overnight or in cooler 3 days to thaw.
2. Clean and cut all veggies and herbs.
3. In a clean mixing bowl, measure and combine all ingredients. Let marinate overnight.
4. Place in sprayed 2 inch full size pan. Roast in combi oven set to dry heat at 400 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until al dente. (Alternative method: place on flat top grill set to 350 degrees. Sauté 10 minutes or until veggies are al dente.)
5. Garnish: herb, parsley, fresh, chopped.
