Ingredients

  • .625 pound kosher salt
  • .5 pound granulated sugar
  • 1.5 pounds soybean oil
  • 50 pounds bread flour
  • .2187 pound instant yeast

Directions

1. Dissolve the salt, sugar, and oil in the water.

2. Add the flour to the water and lay the yeast on top of the flour.

3. Mix with a dough hook on low speed at first for 2-3 minutes to mix.

4. Turn down to low for another 6-7 minutes until dough stretches translucent.

5. Divide dough into 18 ounce dough balls
