  1. Preheat a flat top griddle.
  2. Heat the berries in a saucepan until warm. Stir in the Splenda. Warm until Splenda dissolves. Keep warm.
  3. Beat the egg beaters, milk, almond extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Dip the bread into the mixture and let it soak up the liquid slightly. Spray the griddle lightly with vegetable oil spray. Cook the bread on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Serve warm with the berry syrup
