Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger
- 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 4 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breast, Cubed
- 1 Quart Frozen Edamame
- 1 Quart Frozen Stir Fry Blend
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 Cups Green Onions
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 8 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add ginger, and garlic. Sauté until mixture begins to brown.
- Add chicken, and sauté for two minutes.
- Add edamame and stir fry mix and sauté for three minutes.
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch, stirring with a whisk.
- Add to pan and cook one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in onions, sesame seeds, and salt.
- Serve over rice.
