Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Salad Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 6 Pounds Raw Fish Fillets, about 4 ounces each
  • 1 Pound 2 Ounces Fresh White Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

Directions

  1. Combine oil and orange juice. Pour over fish fillets. Marinate for one hour.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, garlic, and coriander for breading. Mix well.
  3. Dip marinated fish fillets into breading mixture.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
