Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Salad Oil
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 6 Pounds Raw Fish Fillets, about 4 ounces each
- 1 Pound 2 Ounces Fresh White Bread Crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
Directions
- Combine oil and orange juice. Pour over fish fillets. Marinate for one hour.
- Combine bread crumbs, garlic, and coriander for breading. Mix well.
- Dip marinated fish fillets into breading mixture.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
