Ingredients

  • 2.5625 pounds beef sirloin tips
  • .25 pounds soybean oil
  • 3.1875 pounds frozen veggie stir fry mix
  • .0313 pounds minced garlic
  • 1.0625 pounds red pepper, cut in strips

Directions

1. Heat oil in tilt skillet, add vegetables.

2. Stir Fry until vegetables are al dente.

3. Add beef strips. Stir fry until internal temperature is 160 degrees for 15 seconds.

4. Add sauce. Heat to 160 degrees for 15 seconds.
