- 24 Each Boneless Chicken Breast, 4 Ounces
- 3/4 Tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 87 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 Cup Fresh Basil
- 40 Ounces Fresh Spinach
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Directions
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet until cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes and basil, heat through. Add spinach, and toss until wilted.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top when serving.
