Ingredients

  • 24 Each Boneless Chicken Breast, 4 Ounces
  • 3/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
  • 87 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 Cup Fresh Basil
  • 40 Ounces Fresh Spinach
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into strips.
  2. Cook and stir chicken in a large skillet until cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes and basil, heat through. Add spinach, and toss until wilted.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on top when serving.
