Ingredients
- 6 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 24 each pork chop approximately 5 ounces each
- 2 pounds yellow onions
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 quart water
- 2 ounces chicken base
Directions
1. Combine flour, salt, thyme, and garlic.
2. Dredge chops in flour mixture. Sear chops on grill, place in pan.
3. Spread onions over chops.
4. Sprinkle thyme over chops.
5. Combine water and base. Pour over each pan. Cover pan tightly with foil.
6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
