Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds soybean oil
  • 1.125 pounds lite soy sauce
  • 1.25 pounds rice wine vinegar
  • .25 pounds granulated sugar
  • 0.1875 pound toasted sesame seed oil
  • 0.0078 pound red crushed pepper
  • 0.8750 pound red diced pepper
  • 0.8750 pound broccoli florets
  • 5 pounds farfalle pasta
  • .5 pound scallion onions

Directions

Blend first 6 ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Marinate peppers in dressing.

Steam broccoli for 2 minutes, let cool.

Cook pasta, drain and cool.

Toss all ingredients until well mixed.

Chill for 6 hours minimum.
