Ingredients

  • 50 each all natural chicken breast
  • 2.5 pounds panko style bread crumbs
  • 1.13 pounds parmesan grated cheese
  • .04 pound parsley flakes
  • .05 pound Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
  • .5 quart skim milk

Directions

1. Thaw chicken in quick thaw day prior to service

2. Weigh or measure ingredients according to recipe. Return perishable items to cooler.

3. Combine panko bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic powder.

4. Dip thawed chicken breasts in skim milk. Coat chicken breasts with crumb mixture.

5. Place on sprayed, .5 inch full pan.

6. Cook on dry heat at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Cook poultry to 165 degrees or above for 15 seconds.
