- 20 Ounces Uncooked Bowtie Pasta
- 2 Pounds Fresh Asparagus, 1 1/2” Pieces
- 24 Ounces Fresh Baby Carrots, Halved
- 1 Quart Chicken Broth
- 3/8 Cup Cornstarch
- 2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Pounds Diced Fresh Turkey
- 4 Cups Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
- 56 Ounces Whole Baby Corn, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Grated Lemon Peel
Directions
- In a large sauce pan, cook pasta to desired doneness, adding asparagus and carrots during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain.
- In a bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, garlic, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high until hot. Add turkey and mushrooms, and cook 5 minutes until turkey is lightly browned.
- Add broth mixture, cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
