Ingredients

  • 6 Pounds Halibut Fillets, Cut Into 1” Pieces
  • 6 Medium Thinly Sliced Yellow Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 1/2 Pounds Fresh Asparagus, Cut
  • 48 Ounces Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 6 Medium Fresh Tomato Wedges
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce, Reduced Sodium
  • 3/8 Cup Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Add fish, onion, garlic, ginger, and asparagus.
  2. Cook and stir until fish is cooked.
  3. Carefully stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
